Letter To Store Manager

We also wish your local store would carry the Brand you need! As a next step, we suggest you print the following letter and give it to your local Pharmacist or Store Manager. The letter includes your Brand Selection and all necessary information for the Store Manager to order from Eurochoc! And we have a GIFT FOR YOU!
The good news is that your written request will hopefully have the store carry the brand/item you want, making it easy for you to find it!
As a gesture of appreciation, if you e-mail us (info@eurochoc.com) or fax us (at 513.871.9207) a copy of your letter filled out with the complete store information as well as with your own information, we will also follow up by phone and call the store referring to your request. We will also be asking the Pharmacist or Store Manager to carry the brand/item you want.
If the store places an order with us, you will receive a free sample (A $10 or more Retail Value, on top of Free Shipping within the USA!) of the Brand listed as a gift to you!
It is easier to convince the Pharmacist or Manager if we have your name, but, if you wish your name to remain confidential, please let us know. This offer is valid for the first order to a particular store not carrying Eurochoc products yet and will be granted to the first person that referred us to a particular store.
